If I had a restaurant I’d want it to be like, Not-Raw Sushi because sushi is amazing and the raw part is the #1 complaint even though you guys eat meat rare or whatever.

And then I’ll open up a second one called Not-Fishy Sushi for people who are like “yeah but it’s still fish” because yeah I don’t like fish either but if you can’t get over it I’ll introduce you to the world of imitation crab and avocado and then Americanize it with hamburger sushi and nacho sushi until people say my ideas sound gross and I leave the food industry.
